We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Orders will be filled according to the stock that is on-hand. All back orders will be shippe as soon as possible.
How do you normally ship your products?
Our default shipping method is by UPS; however we may use another shipping method depending on delivery time. UPS does not ship to PO Boxes, so in that case we will use the US Postal Service. Shipping rates vary according to the zip code shipped to and will vary based on the weight of the package. The US Postal Service shipping option is used more often in colder weather, or for shipping to colder climates, due to the perishability of the products.
What is your return policy?
We are very proud of our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, simply initiate a return of the remaining portion of your order within five (5) days after receiving it, and we will be happy to replace the order free of charge. All claims for damage or shortages must be filed with CARRIER within five (5) days after receipt of merchandise.
What is your refund policy?
If you are not satisfied with your order from Covered Chocolates, and you do not wish to have your order replaced free of charge, simply return the remaining portion of your order within five (5) days after receiving it, and we will refund the cost of your order by the same payment method that you used to place the order. So if you used your VISA card to place the order, we will refund the merchandise purchase price directly back on to your VISA card. The same policy applies to Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
